These work great with larger umbrellas that need added weight. Like that they come in pieces so it is easy to move them when needed.If your going to buy them buy two I will hold but not if it gets windyPurchased two sets to weigh down the umbrella. They don't come with straps to attach to the umbrella, so in super high winds they've slid off. I'm not sure if that's really the fault of the weights or the structure of the umbrella.
