This item is a foldable stand umbrella base holder WITH water bag.This is what it states. But you only get the water bag.This seller does not send the entire item like pictured or described even though you pay for the entire thing.And after many emails letting them know that I am missing a part to this which is the base holder they keep avoiding the issue.And when you request a refund if you can not get the entire product you pay for they still avoid the issue.You can not use just the water bag either as you have to have the stand base holder in order to put the umbrella into the base holder first and then you apply the water bag over it.As you can see the picture clearly is the holder WITH the water bag just like in the description.Very poor business!!
