hoping it lasts more than a year. a surprise storm pulled out old cover & umbrella across the patio, and our plants needed sun protection. a little too shady but keeps water out too. I'd buy again.update: whomever decided Texas was a great place to settle was a masochist. no joke. if it's not the heat, it's the wind. if it's not the ice, it's the tornados. patio umbrella covers have a very short life span here. this one lasted 11 months.
